 Ensure that you agree to the following terms and conditions by placing an order through our website. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Acceptance

1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 1.2. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of order and may be subject to change. 2.2. Payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as the website indicates.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are detailed during checkout.  Allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered. 3.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Orders aren’t processed on the weekends. 3.3. Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition. 4.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Booking Orders

9.1. Service Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. 9.2. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking. 9.3. Cancellations and Changes: Customers may cancel or modify their bookings according to our cancellation policy. Fees may apply for cancellations or changes. 9.4. Customer Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and be present at the scheduled time for the service.

Return and Refund Policy

  Terms of Return and Return Policy

· Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

· Reasons for Return: Damaged or Defective Products: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we would arrange for a return or exchange.

· Process for Return

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. 
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

· Process of Refund: Refund Terms: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. 

  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
